Cream soups - home made ok?

Check out the Fat Free Vegan's blog; she has some awesome recipes for pureed vegetable soups. I just got sleeved last Thursday, and haven't quite made it to soup yet, but several of these are on my list. :)

Hi I am 9 weeks post op. One thing to remember is make sure you dont use to much fat. Making them homemade is better. I actually made alot of pureed lentil soup and tomato and chicken. Puree it up good though.

Definitely.  I puréed the soup in a blender, them also used an immersion blender on my tiny portion then rain through it sieve to make sure there are no chunks.  This girl isn't taking any chances :)

Good job!! Ya it definitely hurts when irs too big or doesnt agree. No fun at all when that happens.
