Burlington/Hamilton WLS Support Meeting
Good Morning Everyone!
Our next meeting will be Saturday September 27th. We meet at the Police Services Building, Community Board Room, 3800 Constable Henshaw Blvd. (formerly Southampton Blvd.) in Burlington. The meeting starts at 10 a.m and runs until noon. This month's meeting will include discussions about "New Beginings".
All post-op, pre-op and those considering weight loss surgery are welcome to join us. I look forward to seeing the "regulars" and welcome any new faces!

Referral Date: May 29, 2012; TWH Orientation: June 19,2012; Nurse Practitioner Group Session and Social Worker Initial Assessment: September 25, 2012; Nurse Practitioner One-on-One and Psych. Assessment: January 18, 2013; Met with surgeon: March 8, 2013; Pre-Op scheduled: June 20,2013; Surgery scheduled: July 17, 2013! Surgery Completed!
