Wondering what you take for calcium?

I'm 2 weeks post op today and have been taking Opurity Calcium. Im not a big fan, way too candy tarty for me.  I did go out and buy the blueberry liquid from shoppers. a lot better, have to take that 3x a day which is fine as Im off work but may not be practical if not home.

Hoping for other recommendations.

Thanks in advance :)

The best in my opinion is Bariatric Advantage.  I went to the web site to order it as the drug store at Humber was out when I went there.  It's like a chewable toffee, that they told me I can have on the 'full fluids' stage of the diet.  Online they have wonderful flavours like chocolate peanut butter, caramel etc.

I use the blueberry liquid from Shoppers and I'm almost 14 months post op  I keep a bottle in my desk drawer at work but I prefer it room temperature not refrigerated and I have a bottle at home  and I have a tiny little travel squeeze bottle in my purse  which was sold to be a travel shampoo bottle .
