Hospital and vitamins?

Are we to take vitamins to the hospital to start right away or do we start them after coming home?

On my sheet it says chewable vitamins for the first month, is there any particular brand that I should be looking to that I would be able to purchase in a store and not online?

Every Centre is different.  They did not want me to start my vitamins until after my 1 week follow up. (St. Joes Hamilton)  After that. Any prenatal will do.  I take the Costco brand.  My wife on the other hand is unable to Tolerate the Multivitamin, so she is taking Centrum Silver chewable From Shoppers Drug Mart (Seems to be the only readily available type).  Be aware that because she is unable to take the prenatal, she has no choice but to take the Iron supplement
