Social Worker Apt.
Had my Social Worker Apt. today in Windsor, and all I can say is they have a great team working at their centre! Very personable and knowledgeable! I was soooo nervous going into the Apt. and didn't know what to think, but it was a breeze.
Anybody that's worried about the Social Worker Apt shouldn't worry, as long as your honest and upfront with them there won't be any issues!
On to my Nutrition Class and Doctor's Apt's..

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
