New to forum - 12 years post-op
Hello beautiful people. I am 12 years post-op. I used to be quite active in support groups, and life got in the way. When you get your life back and start living it...well I feel like I forgot all off the important people who helped me and maybe I can help someone else with my own trials and tribulations. Welcome back. How are things for you these days?
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
