They are carbs, will create cravings and will slow your weight loss.  I would not want that to happen to me at nine weeks out.  Throw them away and use your honeymoon period to lose as much weight as possible.

Junk food. Also I doubt it is on your food menu

Avoid these, they are carby chips, they will slow your weight loss and take up valuable space you need for protein to keep you healthy.

My problems started when I ate "Low Carb" pita bread and flatbreads.  Worst mistake of my life. Woke the Carb Monster" -- and once it's awake, it takes over.  DO NOT eat them.  BTW, the "Low Carb" breads I started eating where whole wheat - makes no difference.

Eat them if you want, but first the scale will stop moving at all, then it will start moving up.  If/when the scale stops....don't think it''s a stall - it's the Carb Monster.

Hope you carefully follow your plan!

Mary

Nope. Whole wheat does not equal healthy and this would not help you with your weight loss journey. Also ixnay on the "baked" chips and any pseudo healthy-looking junk food.
