RNY 7 YEARS 1 MONTH POST OP

Morning

Opening day at my golf club today so going to enjoy a fun  day with friends.  Great break from unpacking.  Thankfully I am on a cart for this event.  I am nervous about walking the course for the first time with my back issues.

EATS

 

B  Premier protein shake blended with 3 inches of banana and ice 

 

L  2 slices of Kirkland Canadian bacon

 

S on course  2 more slices of bacon ( it's ok cold)

                        1 small honey crisp apple  with 1 oz of cheddar 

 

****tail party   6 oz of pint noir with 1  mini  quiche 

 

D  1 cup of sweet potato soup 

     4 oz swordfish 

      Few bites of veggies

     1 spoonful of creme Brule

    1/2 TB of butter used in cooking  ( assuming )

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals:  Calories - 1608,  Carbs - 113,   Protein  - 114

 

All water and vits

Good morning. I was up earlier today than I need to be which is always annoying. The puppy decided she wanted to snuggle all night :) 

I'm off to try out the new gym this morning. I'm not sure I'm going to like it as much -- it is busier and bigger than the other one, but a fraction of the price. I might also try to squeeze in a trip to Ikea today. We have a big blank wall in our living room that I want to get picture frames for.

Breakfast - banana, yogurt, cereal

Snack - carrots, pb

Lunch - chicken, peas, tomato

Snack - sliced chicken, pickles

Snack - egg, pudding

Dinner - burger, veggies

Snack - protein cake

All water and vits.

Nice sunny day for the golf curse. I am off to sit in the dentist office then my daughter's apartment. Tried to get her to stay here but she wants to be in her home. I have to remember our house has not been her home for a while.

Already made dinner this morning. It will be in the crock pot all day. Made extra to put in my daughter's crock pot. She may not eat it today but I will leave it in her fridge for another day. She already has the chicken soup my DH made. I will also make her a strawberry smoothie for sipping. Sneak in some protein for healing.

Morning all. Lazy day today and by the looks it, it's pretty hazy out there as well. Have a fun day with your friends Barb. Pat, hope your daughter has a smooth recovery. Nothing much planned today, I'm being LAZY!!!

B - 1/2 cup hi-lo cereal with a smidgen of almond milk, 3 strawberries

S - 1oz light mozza cheese

L - 2oz lamb chop, 1/3 cup cucumber salad

S - 1/2 cup tuna

D - 2oz pork ribs, 1/4 cup sweet potato salad (the last of it)

S - pumpkin pancake

Good afternoon everyone.  I did not sleep well last night, went to a late show of "purple rain" and afterwards could not get to sleep until 2am. Well worth it though to see it on the big screen, what a voice, what a character, maybe he rest in peace.  Going for a nap, I have yoga later on tonight.

20 months post  op

b - decaf coffee with chocolate gnc lean protein shake mixed x 2 throughout day

l - 1 cup beef and black soybean chili from the freezer with green beans

s - mozzarella cheese

d - high fibre low carb protein hot cereal with sf cherry and banana syrups added

s - protein shake

all water and vitamins.  have a nice evening!
