Nausea Question

For those of you who have had vomiting issues after surgery, is it unusual to still have food in your pouch 45 minutes - 1 hour after eating?

I ate some chicken with sour cream and vomited it all back up about 45 minutes or so after eating. The sour cream was a new food so I'm not sure if thats what caused it or if I am developing another stricture.

Yes, I have had that happen a few times. I was surprised that food was still there...chicken and salmon were trouble foods for me during the first few months post op. It does get better.
