Every doctor is different. Mine said I could have 2 cups of leafy greens. I've had lettuce, collards and spinach. I was chatting with one person who got to eat green peppers! That would be awesome right now lol

I'm at Humber river west. I'm not sure what TWH is. Who is your surgeon? Mine is dr Hagen. Seems like since a nice gentleman. I've read a lot about him and he has been doing the sugery for yeats

Toronto Western Hospital. My surgeon is Dr. Timothy Jackson. I've heard many great things about him, so I'm comfortable with it.

Awesome. I didn't know there were other programs - for some niave reason I thought there was only one lol. I'm excited for you. How long are you staying down this way? Did they say you needed to stay five days at a hotel or friends house? That's what they told me.

it really amazes me how different the programs are. No, I wasn't told anything about staying in the area. I live about 60-80 mins from the hospital, so I will just go in the morning or surgery and hopefully home the next day. The surgeon who I met with that the 'meet the surgeon' appointment told me that often times people do get discharged the next day if there are not complications.
