Possible Stricture?

So about 6 weeks ago I got this constant, and I mean neverending gurgling coming up my esophagus/throat. No rhyme or reason, just seems to do it. All. The. Time. So annoying. Fast forward two weeks after that and what I thought was restriction, kicked in. I am having a very hard time tolerating foods/amounts I was eating 3 or so weeks ago. Called the Surgeron's office, was scheduled for a scope tomorrow, the surgery block got cancelled. So I go next week, which isn't a huge difference, I've been like this now for this long. Has anyone else experienced this? I mean it even hurts when I drink water, not just food
