Happiness
I have lost over 30 pounds now within the last month and a half-ish, since surgery. I know I am driving everyone in my household crazy because clothes are fitting me differently, I am moving easier and I have lots to talk about! My husband says though that the biggest thing that he has noticed is that I am happier. ...I'll take it!

We all know health is a huge thing with the surgery BUT happiness definitely plays a big role in health. This is so great to hear! Congrats Smoka!
