Tomorrow's the day!

Wanted to touch base.

Surgery was really smooth. Was taken in just after 8am and was in recovery by 9:10am

Was surprised by how okay I felt after. I was expecting a lot more generalized pain. The worst part was the gas pains. But once I got walking, sipping and doing breathing exercises they diminished significantly.

Was discharged yesterday. I'm logging everything and working the plan. I still need to up my water and food intake but for "real" day 1 its going okay.
