Celebrate Vitamins: What is your timing like?

Hey everyone!

I choose to take the Celebrate multivitamins (I don't mind them, haha) along with the new Celebrate chewable iron (quite delicious, and doesn't do horrible things to my guts haha).

I am curious about your timing of everything. That is 4 vitamins a day plus the iron which you have to take seperately.

I currently have my fitbit buzzing to remind me at vitamin time, but the timing is awkward. What are YOUR times you take everything? Two post-surgery veterans told me that they take 2 Celebrate multivitamins together at the same time, so they are doing this only 2wice a day (plus iron). Is that feasible? I have a call in to my clinic to ask, but thought I'd get opinions here too.

Thanks in advance!

I don't take Celebrate, although they do look interesting. What dosage of iron are you taking? I am pretty sure I am going to need to supplement and a chewable that is tasty would make me very happy.

With regard to my vitamin schedule, it goes something like this:

7am - 1x Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chew (500/300)

12pm - 1x Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chew (500/300)

6-7pm 1x Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chew (500/300)

1030/11pm - 2x Jamieson Prenatal Chewable Multivitamin, 1x Webber Vitamin B12 Sublingual (500mcg methylcobalamin), 1x Jamieson Chewable Vitamin D (1000IU)

I am only 8 weeks out so i have no idea if my bloodwork is good or not, but I do suspect I need more iron.

Hi Im new here, but do take Celebrate vitamins x 4 a day. My dietician told me to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. Currently I do not take any other supplements but do get blood work regularly and they sometimes add vitamin D (big dose last time!) to my diet and sometimes extra magnesium.....go in few weeks again.
