Water

Silly question i hate the taste of the water in my complex if i add krogers version of crystal light and can drink allot of it is it still considered water or no. My nut approved of it but im just curious.

YES...it is okay....I drink Crystal Light (Peach Tea) a lot....and Glaceau Zero Vitamin Water ( Acai Blueberry Pomegranate). 

My water isn't the greatest here either.

The only thing I don't like about Crystal Light is the artificial sweetener in it. It still is better then the Coke I would rather drink!

I was told its ok but you should still drink PLAIN water also...bottled water or use a filtration system...

I use a PUR water pitcher now ... before, I had one that screwed onto the faucet. It really does make a difference (I drink a lot of water ... never really liked Crystal Light ... too sweet).
