Does Medi-Cal or IEHP cover medically necessary PS?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and I'm curious if anyone has had any luck getting a TT, BL/BR, or LBL covered by Medi-Cal or IEHP? I am still pre-op but I know how my skin was the last time I lost a ton of weight and how my body reacted (back/shoulder pain, rashes, ingrown hairs, yeast infections, it wasn't pretty.) At the time it was almost impossible to even get WLS covered by my commercial insurance I went to a PS and was denied right off the bat. Any help, direction, etc would be wonderful! Thanks Jo
