Starting to freak out! Thigh lift in two days.....

I'm three weeks out from brachioplasty/augmentation and day after tomorrow I do the thigh lift.....I just reread the instructions - and since I've been through this twice I know what to expect but then again it's another procedure and I'm having the usual 'what on earth am I doing' moment..........I just had to pop a vicodin for the boobs - the arms are fine.......I manage to go all day without pain meds but by evening it gets harder.    I know in the long run it will be wonderful to have it all done.....and I bought 5 bathing suits in the last week - I haven't worn a bathing suit in 25 years!!!!!! - but oh boy.......the anxiety it coming up........keep me in your prayers.......: )   Susan

Just think girl, you're gonna have it all done & over with very soon.  You'll be healed up before summer so you can strut your stuff in your new bathing suits. Keep us posted & I'll be thinking of you.

I can definitely relate to the bundle of nerves.  It's funny how nervous we still get after having so many surgeries.  You'd think it was the first time each time!

Good luck with your surgery!

You're much braver than I.  I wish I had the nerve to undergo a thigh lift, but I just can't bring myself to do it.  So... for now... I've had the tummy tuck and breast lift and that's all I can do for now.  Maybe later, but not now.  I hope you do well.  I'll be thinking of you.  Please keep us posted on how you're doing.  :)

You are an inspiration with your success in all areas of this weight loss journey. My Dr. asked me at 8 days out if I wanted to go ahead and do my face work. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. But now that I ended up being off for 6 weeks, i sorta wished I had! You will be glad when it is all done.

caring thoughts go out to you on your surgery day and wishes for a speedy recovery.
