Best exercises

Hi!
Interested in finding some great exercises for the lower body.....stomach (core), legs, thighs, calf, butt,

Please share with me what exercise you do and how many reps you do each time.

I think its hard for someone else to determine what your fitness level is - I'd have a consult with a personal trainer to determine where you are and have them structure something -they can usually just charge for that, even if you don't have a gym membership.

I've just started back and I do a class at the gym.  My personal trainer changed it up so much for me that I couldn't start to tell you-

We did lunges, squats, throw downs (legs pushed downward for ab work), crunches, side crunches, full situps....the list is soooo wide and it will all depend on your body.

You can start with 3 sets of 10 reps of whatever exercises and build up from there...

High Weight 260, Surgery Weight 218,  Lowest Weight 156, CURRENT WEIGHT 177, Goal Weight 140
