When do I take panni photos for insurance approval?

Im wondering when people took the panni photos that they sent in as part of their approval for insurance? Does the surgeon have to do this or do I do it at home. Also, I have to wait 18 months from weightloss surgery to get approval for TT. Can I take my pics a few months before that so my panni is still larger in the pics? Did ya'll take your pics of rashs and bumps yourselves or did your dr. do that for you?

My surgeon took the panni pics and sent them in with all the other medical records/letters I provided to him (so it all went together at once).  I didn't have to submit pics of rashes, just the medical documentation that I had them.

Also, they're usually looking at how long/low it hangs (not how "big" it is), so I'd think the more you lost the lower it would sag/hang.......

Same here - PS took the panni pics and had certain poses they asked for.

As for the rashes I took photos myself on the dates of the medical appointments. I had asked the Dr's if they would take the pics, but none would.
