First ultrasound trearment

 Aloha All,

      Had my first ultrasound treatment today, Doc said it will help with healing and swelling. Not sure if this is true but no cost and it feels good, but a little strange were I am numb, will update, going twice a week.  I will be two weeks out from LBL and chest work, and feel great, just need to take it slow doctor said it is a marathon not a sprint, tried to get him to let me go to gym and walk on treadmill, but that was a no, I will listen to him.

I've not heard of this.

I did get a lymphatic massage twice after my LBL and I swear it did help with swelling and healing.
