three days til facelift and armlift....warnings or tips??

 I am scheduled for Monday morning in Mexicali with Dr. Manuel Bello for a face lift and arm lift - been thinking about it for a couple of years and ready to go through with it now - but would love love to hear any tips warnings etc from anyone/everyone.....

 HI - funny that you have waited since your 2008 surgery too - I kept thinking I could get my arms to shrink with exercise or time....and now am just hoping for a decent result with not a big ugly scar running down by arms - or numbness - or permanent nerve pain - or something else that I havent yet thought of....

 yep me too!!!  Did tons of arm weights trying to bulk up.
