LBL and back fat (love handles)

Did you notice a difference at all with your love handles after a LBL? Just wondering if it helped in the slightest bit as there will be some pulling. I'm hoping so.

My surgeon was prepared to do lipo once he got in there if I needed it for my love handles. He ended up not doing any, so I guess mine were just taken care of by the LBL.
