Had my pre-op appt.w/ surgeon yesterday fo tummytuck with added verticle incision. Am at the top of the slide, and just waiting to slip on down to who knows where. Next post-- hopefullyon the other side Friday afternoon and a done deal. Will keep posted. Those of you who do- say a little prayer for me- and for skill and a successful proceedure and uneventful recovery. Thanks in advance. Bonnie.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

Dr Ponce de Leon Mexico VSG 4 Jun 12. I lost 57 lbs on my own before having a VSG. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself.
