Plastic Surgeon recommendations in Salt Lake City or Denver area?

I live in central Wyoming and am hoping to get a tummy tuck and breast lift before the end of the year. Can anyone recommend a good surgeon in the SLC or Denver areas?  I got a quote in Wyoming, but I'm assuming it will be less in a city.

Thank you. Did you pay out of pocket? Can I ask what you had done and how much it cost? I was looking at his website and was going to try and get an appointment for a consult.
