Hi Everyone

Its been a long time since I posted - I am now just over a year post op (Jan 23rd was my 1 year)

I am now looking into plastic surgery in Havana Cuba - at the Clinic Garcia - in fact I may be going as soon as April 1st :)

My question is - I have to buy compression garments - and was told to buy them online - but with all the choices etc it makes my head spin

Do any of you have any recommendations for sites to buy these through? Alternatively I live in Toronto so if there is a store someplace I could go in to that would be great too!

If any of you have gone for surgery at this clinic I would love to hear from you too.

Thanks in advance

Dana

For the abdominoplasty and gynecomastia, I'd recommend something like this -- https://www.medicointernational.com/store/product-info.php?s c-150-male-above-the-knee-body-shaper-pid180.html

I used this for the arms, and it seems like it should be fairly unisex -- https://www.medicointernational.com/store/product-info.php?T -1105-Arm-Compression-Sleeves-pid577.html

Thank you Gwen, for some reason I was visualizing a girdle type thing for your arms.

I was worried about getting into by myself, but I think I could do this.

DH has alz and is no longer able to "grasp" the idea of honeyjustPULL....spanx, 1 piece swimsuits, and sports bras are becoming a thing of the past. Not to mention back zippers in dresses. I haven't googled it but I'm sure somebody has done a youtube video or created a gadget to help with this.

Its just difficult with spandex, skin and more skin to get everything rolled out and in the "right" places.

Perhaps just in the vicinity.
