New and Have a question

I don't have PCOS but I have alot of friends that do.  And a couple of them can't get pregnant.  Are there any of you that got pregnant after having WLS and lost weight?

I'm not sure I understand. Are you asking if we have all had WLS and are all pregnant? I feel pretty confident that we have all had WLS< and everyone here is either pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or a parent who is part of our supportive comminuty. I don't know about PCOS, but it seems most women who have PCOS pre WLS are able to get pregnant after some weight is lost. Welcome, though! 

Welcome. If you mean did anyone here have PCOS and trouble getting pregnant before WLS then managed to get pregnant post WLS then yes. There are those around here who had trouble and WLS kicked started their fertility.
