So I had no morning sickness issues 1st or 2nd trimester, but then the 3rd trimester arrived!!!! I'm carrying my baby girl high and I'll eat a little something and she starts moving then the nausea starts and I sometimes start coughing and throwup!!!!  I have not gained any weight during this entire pregnancy, but the baby is fine and according to a growth sono 2 wks ahead of schedule I'm 31 wks and she is measuring 33 wks and 4 days and weighing 4lbs 2 oz.  Any suggestions on how to eat and be comfortable she is definately taking everything I eat for her and I'm left feeling tired and worn out!!!! I have really enjoyed being pregnant I just really don't eating right now!!

It sounds more like you are refluxing and/or too tight. I would recommend a really really small adjustment to take out just a very small amount of fluid.

woops sorry forgot to mention that I am completely unfilled as of 26 wks.  I take omprazole for reflux already, but the pregnancy has it working overtime.

I know it is a ****ty solution, but would liquid calories (such a protein drinks) be an option?  I know they're yucky, but if it keeps you from getting nausea and still gives you nutrition, it might be worth a try.

Yeah, if you've ever seen a cross section of what your internal anatomy looks like when you're late in pregnancy, it really helps you understand why you might experience this!
Chances are baby is just in a great position to aggravate something. You might need to see about getting some zofran for the nausea since it is best for us banders not to vomit. I know that by the end of mine, I didn't have nausea, but I simply couldn't eat more than a few bites at a time because it just felt like there was no more room in my abdomen, period!
