do you lose the weight faster , from breastfeeding?>

 i have few questions ,

i am having a C-section and my tubes tied at same time , i'd like to know how hard it is to breastfeed after ,and does the baby get enough nutrience and also does the weight come off faster
due in april , and at 28 weeks i have gained 11 lbs :s ... and i don't like it lol ..

ohhh and how long did you wait after your last baby to get plastics done ? starting with ( TT,breast lift and augmentation and my arms)
