Egg White CM - Questions

Does egg white cm mean I am for sure ovulating? Wondering because I almost never ever have ewcm and I did yesterday.. I have been thinking maybe I'm not ovulating but this gave me a glimmer of hope. Thoughts?

I know this sounds gross, but if you try to stretch it and it doesn't break, it means you are ovulating.  I'm sure you can read about it online, I remember reading about it in a book way back when I was trying to get pregnant.

No, it does not mean 100% that your ovulating, although it is a good indicator. Only way to know 100% is through progesterone labs and sonograms. Some women have the follicle ready but don't actually release it. I would sometimes get ewcm but I was for sure not ovulating. I do hope that you are though :-)

It is a pretty good sign, but unfortunately there is no way to know for sure.
