WEDNESDAY GRATEFUL POST

  Good Morning Everyone,

Hope everyone is having a great week.    We all have so very much to be grateful for everday....even though at time life seems to get in the way and make us feel as though there is nothing to be grateful for....there ALWAYS something.    Today I am grateful for the beautiful day outside even though it is going to be hot and I am SO very grateful for my morning coffee.    Pre WLS I never drank coffee...now I can't really function without  it.    In fact I'm drinking my first cup of coffee right now.    See it doesn't have to be huge to be grateful for it.   You could be grateful for a morning walk in the cool before the heat sets in......the smell of rain.....or just the fact that the good Lord has given you another day in which to make better choices than the day before.    We ALL have lots to be grateful for everyday.   PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today.   I am also grateful for everyone *****sponds and reads this post.    Have a blessed day and please drink lots of fluids with the extreme heat of summer.

I am grateful I get to have a fill , because my band had to be unfilled completely 6 weeks ago due to a small slip of the band.I have gained some weight so...I am really ready to get back on track

I do not, as the tracker shows have 8 pounds to goal. I actually have 14..not sure why it is not showing the correct number. I reported it and they replied that it was corrected lol

 Kim....I see 14 lbs.   Sometimes when it is updated...others can see the update but we can't till we shut off and restart our computer.    So HAPPY for you that you can now get your fill.   Hope all goes well with that fill.   Praying for you my friend.
