    I know this is a long short, but I am hoping someone can shed some light on this for me.  Down in the south we have a grocery store called HEB, if you have ever been one you will understand my love for this store.  They also happen to make the most amazing rotisseries chicken salad.  Its light and creamy and low in fat.  If any one knows how to make it or come close to it i would love if you would share the recipe.  This recipe does not have walnuts, grapes, raisins, or water chestnuts in it.  Its real basic chicken, celery, salt, pepper, and something to make it smokey flavor... wish I had the recipe.  Thanks!

     I've never heard of HEB but is this the recipe you're looking for. The dressing recipe is linked on the left of the page.

    For the smokiness you could use a bit of smoked salt instead of any other salt or add a bit of smoked paprika.  I think the smoked salt would be better.
