Great Low/Cal - High Protein Chili

1 lb of hamburger or meat of your choice 1/4 med onion - chopped chili powder garlic powder black pepper Large can V-8 juice (if you like spicy chili use the spicy V-8) 1 can stewed tomatoes 2 cans of dark red kidney beans Brown hamb (or meat of your choice) along with chopped onion. Season meat with desired amounts of seasoning. After hamburger is browned add large can of V-8 juice, 2 cans of Bush's dark red kidney beans and 1 can of stewed tomatoes. Bring to a boil and cover and simmer until hot. The longer you simmer the better it tastes.

Thanks Melissa. I love chili. I never thought of using V8, and happen to have a large can in the fridge, and some turkey burger in the freezer. I think I'll try this one today. Sandi
