Are revions open or lap???

I had an open RNY and I want a revision to the DS (or I think so anyway), does that have to be another open surgery or can it be lap? The reason I ask is that I already had a tummy tuck and scar revision and I would be REALLY bummed if I had to have another huge scar after I paid for a nice flat tummy and an almost invisible plastic surgery scar. Depends on the surgeon and the state of the patient's insides, such as are there adhesions from previous abdominal surgeries... Nancy
