A stretched stoma is a mechanical failure of your surgery. I don't know of any special diet other than "back to the basics."
There is a Endoscopic procedure to help shrink your stoma. It is called "Endoscopic Schlerotherapy"

A few of us have had it and are finding success with it.

The New Stomaphyx procedure is also done endoscopically, and reduces the size of the pouch and stoma. stef
