Had an endescopy done today !!!

So now I know why I have been able to eat so "normally" since a few weeks since my operation !!!  My pouch is enlarged and so it the outlet ,much too large the Dr said, and thats why I have  had very little restriction since my operation ,he said  any food I eat just goes straight through.... I am now feeling relieved knowing that my operation has not been working properly ,and that it wasnt just all my fault.. The options the new surgeon offered were to have the outlet tightened up with more staples ,or havinga silastic band over it  ,now as he is not the original surgeon who did my RNY ,should I get back in touch with him and ask him to help me again or go ahead with the new surgeon who I have seen recently ??  I am scared incase I go to the first surgeon and things will go wrong again ,otherwise it means paying out AGAIN ,which I cannot afford right now anyway .
