Revision RNY to RNY

How excatly do they do an RNY to an RNY? does it produce the same results as the original? do they take out more intestines? I got the minimum taken out and never dumped or had a problem with sugar or fats. and only lost 50lbs. talk to me.

 It's my understanding that they revise the pouch size and stoma.  Not sure about the details.....If anyone here is, please share :-)

I'm having revised RNY on Monday, the way my Doctor explained it was that they will move the limb lower down the bowel. I had a barrium swallow done and it showed my pouch had not streched. I did ask if we can make my pouch smaller, (it's about the size of a lemon) but he said that doing that is what causes leaks and possible ulcers. I'm interested to know how much and how fast people have lost their weight. I had my original RNY in 2004, after two prgnancy almost all the weight came back. I'm excited, but a bit nervous too, please share if anyone else has had a Revised RNY.
