It's Real Now!!

Today, I had my final appointment with my PCP, and she released me for surgery!!! I'm all set, I have my preop on the 9th, and surgery on the 10!!! It's been a long and sometimes bumpy road..and Im finally here!

I do have a question tho..do you know of anyone that has gone RNY to DS, and didn't lose weight???

I know someone who had RNY back in 06 or so and didn't lose. He got a revision to DS and lost some but re-gained. Sometimes weight is just not our choice.  His BMI is 65. 

Oh my..that's heartbreaking! I worry about that too..I'm just praying my body will cooperate with me and the surgery!
