When to start vitamins???

At what point after surgery do you start taking vitamins?

Oops...I forgot to mention which surgery. I'm having revision RNY to DS on Tuesday September 10th. When do I start taking the vitamins?

Only your surgeon can tell you that.

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, most surgeons do not focus completely on vitamins and supplements. They're priority is the surgery part, and I'm great with that, because iv found the best surgeon I cud imagine. One of the great things about this website, is the real people that are living the journey and focus 100% on choosing the correct vitamins and supplements to live long term with this surgery.
