VSG to DS Revision-Insurance ?

After YEARS of going back and forth on the topic of revision, I am finally making strides to just do it! I have Aetna POS II out or El Paso, TX and it does cover revisions. However, I am worried that I won't qualify for the type I want since my issue was re-gain (not slippage/erosion/dilation) or anything else stated. Does anyone have any experience with this type of insurance?

(Status: Clinic paperwork is done, insurance is verified and I am waiting for the call to set up the next step)

Is that the whole language?  You would need to know all the language to make sure you write everything right.
