Please can someone tell me the size of the gastric pouch and of the gastro-jejunal...

i just got an endoscopy and it reads my pouch is 4 cm long and my anastomosis is 1.5 cm wide

Do i have an enlarge gastric pouch and dilated gastro jejunal anastomosis? the test  does not say it ?

I was operate RXY surgeryb in 2004 gain 30 pounds.. pain reflux , nausea, small ulcer 2 mm

Not all surgeons make the same size.  They will need to compare to your original size.

my RNY was in 2005. My pouch was 4 cm long and as of an EDG a week ago, it's still 4cm long.   My "stoma" was originally 10mm in diameter, and it's now 14 mm.   
You "stoma" is 15mm in diameter and most surgeons make them between 10-12mm.   Yours like mine is a bit larger.  My surgeon just told me 2 hours ago, that my stoma is fine.  If it was at 18mm or more, then that would be an issue.
