Revision withou excess weight regain

I do not know all the details yet, but I am having stomach issues & have been told that I will need surgical revision.  I have not had the weight regain issues, I have kept all but 30lbs of the 130lbs I lost after my surgery June 2007.  I have been having severe pains in my stomach & after a wasted trip to a regular GI, I went back to a bariatric surgeon (my original surgeon has retired).  I am not sure what exactly to expect with this & would like some feedback from others with this similar issue...  Not exactly certain as to why my pouch was comprimised & why it started leaking.  Wondering if I will have to basically have the surgery over again or are there just corrective measures that can fix the problem... 

Only your surgeon can answer this question. Without knowing exactly what's wrong, we'd be shooting in the dark.
