From Lap Band to Gastric Bypass/Sleeve

Well I just heard from my doctor's office.  I'm going to have to be on a weight loss plan for 3 months before surgery.  That is going to put my surgery in November or December.  I'm a little disappointed.  Thought I would be able to get it sooner.  I guess this is the way it had to be.  I should have gotten the gastric bypass in 2009 but I didn't.  It will happen it will just take time. Praying my esophagus will not suffer any more damage.

Hello- Are you still on the path to having surgery this month or next?
