Distal revision from RNY

quick question for anyone who had their RNY revised to the distal bypass. I am 21 days post op, doing amazing, down 17lbs. I am getting ready to take a road trip, a very long 1400 one way road trip and I am concerned about the BM's. I know a lot of us will have the terrible gas and running to the bathroom constantly, so far, I have not had that happen to me, and I do not want it to happen on this trip. When can I expect that?? LOL I want to remember this trip, but only for the good times to be had and not anything else?? :)
I wish you all the best but just wanted to share my experience with you. I had the same surgery and while I did have the issues with bm, it was manageable. Sadly I only lost weight while I was on the liquid only phase for the first month. I was devastated. If I had it to do over again I would go for the revision to ds.
