Medical Alert Bracelet? NG Tube?

Do you need to say no blind ngt if you have the lap band?

Thanks for all the wonderful posts and great ideas.  I guess there are lots of others out there who have thought of the same thing.  Hopefully we would not need anything in an emergency, but I guess it's best not to leave anything to chance! spotly

I bought a stainless steel regular one from ebay several months ago. It has RNY gastric bypass, No NG Tube w/o scope and No NSaids. Also my allergy to Zithromax and walnuts. I just figured to be better safe than sorry...I had another one that I bought at Walmart and sent away for the engraving but the button with the medical logo fell off after a month or so...This one is a flat plate (rounded for my wrist) with a stainless steel chain and latch. I don't ever remove it so it's not coming off.

 Yeah I just ordered mine on laurenshope.com i had my name, bariatric surgery, vsg (and date of surgery), no blind ngt, no saids/sugars. Its a SUPER cute leather peace sign bracelet and the medical tag in on the back so i can but it against my wrist. When my mom first suggested it i really felt like it was like branding me or something but after thinking about it, we are a rare group of people. We know everything there is to know about our surgery, but how sure can we be that EMT's and ER doctors do to. After all we saw a specialist for this stuff. I think theyre a great idea. 

My medical alert bracelet has a braided blue leather band.  it's part of me now.. it says:

the only time I think of mine is when it gets in the way during yoga... I need to have the band made smaller but Laurenshop does that free for the first time.

I'll be getting mine through Amazon.com =) Can't afford Laurenshop.
