appointment with my nut!

This morning I have a visit with my nut! Things are starting to come together for me it's begining to seem real I have one more appt with her next month and 8 more pounds to lose per my surgeron's request and I will have all that I need done to submit to the insurance. I'm getting very excited about everything  I'm also glad to have everyone here for all sorts of information.

Congratulations on you journey so far.  It won't be long before you will be having your surgery.  I live near you in Lexington Park.  We have a WLS support group meeting on 7 April at 6 pm at the Lexington Park Library.  It would be great to see you there.  It helps to talk to people who are in various stages of the process.

My appointment went well I will see Mary B again next month as I need to work really hard to get the 8 pounds off. I told her about the support group and I will be attending on the 7th I already have the reminder set in my phone. I will see you on the 7th.
