liquid vitamins
No. I use ENS, which is a powder that you mix with water for a multi. That's the only liquid I use.
Is the liquid you bought all calcium citrate? Not a combo of different kinds?
And the B12 is a sublingual, not a liquid you swallow?

I tried a liquid multi (centrum) early out....the most vile thing ever. After surving on liquids 7 days post op, I want nothing liquid now except for water, tea, or sf juice. I DO however, use REVIVA liquid calcium citrate and it is FANTASTIC. They also have a multi but I heard that it is not as tasty as the calcium.
