and that would be ..paper! I was having some deli turkey breast and somehow ..the wrapping paper was attached to a piece and I ..ate it. So THAT is what you all mean by the "foamies"! Man, that was no fun at all. I don't recommend it as a part of anyone's diet.

haha sorry to hear that! I once ate the sticker on my apple, but that was pre op and I didnt have any problems.
