Soup-frenzy: is this hurtful?
Hi guys
I am totally in a tomato soup frenzy this month, I make fresh tomato soup with lots of vegetables in it (no pasta or meat). I drink 2 big mugs a day at least!
Now with all the not eating and drinking rule, I was wondering how hurtful this soup craze is for my pouch, will I stretch it by pushing those (well cooked and chewed) veggies through with the soup? God know a stretched stoma is tha LAST thing I want
Hope some one can reassure me or else I need to find a different fix LOl

Hey Cat...
I've seen others post before that to get around the 'no drinking with eating' rule, try to consume the broth in the soup first and then eat all the chunks last. For me, that seems really hard to do but then again, there's a good pay off... at the end you get mouthfuls of the yummy soupy chunks! :)
