well tomorrow starts my 14 day pre op diet

well today was officially my last day of diet coke, and bad habits. tomorrow starts my 14 day pre op diet and i am extremely nervous. i hope i can do it. i also need to call my surgeons office tomorrow to see if they got approval from insurance for my april 12th surgery.....well this is gonna be a long 2 weeks, wish me luck

 Right there with you!! I wasn't going to do a "last supper" thing but then Taco Bell started ringing in my head.... You'll be seeing my gripes on the Forum over the next few days

Good luck!  What kind of pre-op diet do they have you on?  It looks like April 12th is popular lol.

mine is either 3 protein shakes and unlimited SF jello, pudding or dannon light and fit yogurt -- or we can replace each protein shake with 3oz of protein(chicken,flounder,tilapia,crab, egg whites) and 8oz of vegetables.

i'm having protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, and then 3oz of chicken for dinner with 8oz of vegetables. i may switch off my breakfast shake with eggwhites occasionally

Good luck with your diet. I start my 2 week liquid diet on Wed. I think the past few days I've been having the last supper but tomorrow my brother is treating me to Chili's. My surgery date is 4/13 so I'll be 1 day behind you.
