I eat them if I want a chip.  I don't eat very many though.  They don't bother me at all.

I personally don't eat them because they are so high in calories and fat.  If I want a cracker, I opt for a whole grain cracker that has very little fat (but still has the carbs, unfortunately!)... but if I'm going to go ahead and have the fat, I prefer the Wheat Thins veggie crackers (which are still less fat than the Sun Chips).

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

When I feel like a chip, I eat the Pringles "Sticks" (can't remember the exact name).  They come in little individual packs, are crunchy and come in great flavours like "pizza", and "honey and butter".  Only 15 grams of carbs, and much lower in calories and fat than chips.  Just a suggestion.  Hope it helps.
